I also use die off as a measure if a treatment manage to damage/kill helminths, but only if the die off is objectively measurable (helminths parts in the feces, in the phlegm, in the urine ?).

Anyway i hope that one day this mystery will be explained, why only one people has the knowledge of this "technology" and why nobody knows how it works and why it works ?
