Hello everyone :D

i'm starting day 1 tomorrow. My mind is already in that mode right now. I've calculated that i would've to break my fast because of a wedding dinner on day 5 and then continue to fast after that one meal. I was wondering.. will ketosis stop? does the body start from day 1 again or would it still have a memory of the previous fast if i decided to continue fasting after the meaL?
