Here is more for you. Don't do anything that hurts your skin. I used organic coconut oil after shower in the dark and they all came out after massaging in. Do your whole body they are on your whole body!! I picked them off easy to see. Easy to do. Just keep doing it everyday until they are all gone. Have fun picking!! :) amy
