Think of yourself as an antenna picking up subspace, but everything around you is designed to stop that. You turn on a T2 put it in your pocket and somehow it clears the interference.
No rocket Science needed, when you have a hit frq you turn it off wait 10s turn it back on...resonance improves...

The difficult part is getting past the subspace idea...beam me up Scotty!

You can't compare the units like that, best is to use results as a comparison. Anyhow 30 day money back, shipping inside the US is pretty cheap...not much to lose...
