Look into authors on Taoist sexual alchemy and Tantric sex such as Mantak Chia, Michael Winn, Eric Yudelove and Margo Anand. Karezza and shamanic breathwork are along similar lines.

Most men have never had a proper cllmax because they ejaculate before it happens, which only drains a lot of energy. A real male cllmax is as powerful and beneficial as happens to a female and is something to be sought after. Avoiding excessive ejaculation is the important thing. Men are more drawn to the "spiritual" from our culture's ignorance of how to prevent it. "Spiritual" women are usually frigid to begin with for psychological reasons, but our ignorant jerk off culture prevents us from realising that nearly all men are also cllmaxically frigid.
