thanks for all the information guys. I am revising my diet as we speak. Im kinda poor so i wanna use up what i have & i'm moving in two weeks any way. Prior i was eating what ever i wanted but eating mostly eggs potatoes carrots rice celery, PB, cheese, i bake alot so i was eating lots of enriched white flower for noodles and breads i love Sugar and soda have for a long time in the past year i have been cutting back on the sweets. I like to drink coffee and i smoke probably the two worst for the end. I eat out rarely one to two times a month. I drink beer maybe 3 nights a week and have maybe one or two occasionally i would say i over indulge.

I hope this is the best way to reply to you all or should i respond to each comment?
