thank you for the suggestion eric. i have my first appointment with a functional medicine practioner tomorrow and i'm really excited to get my health back on track.

i also believe i have a congested liver due to the spider angiomas, they appeared when i was taking birth control for a while. i have read that they are supposed to resolve but sometimes they don't if the liver is not detoxing estrogen. i am worried about this because i have a family history of breast cancer.

do you know some good ways to cleanse the liver and get it functioning well again?
