I forgot to mention that a few months ago, for about a month I could only "get out" small marble sized stools. Sometimes it was just one (after a lot of trying), sometimes there were quite a few but they were all separated. Then things went back to normal.

Also, about 2 weeks ago I thought I saw worms in my stool & that's when I found this site. The more I read about stories & the symptoms, the more I think I may have parasites...

I'm mildly allergic to walnuts (I can eat a few of them but then my tongue slightly swells so I don't have too many at a time).. so not sure if I should take Black-Walnut ?
