Help,

I have been having my body stertching as I try to sleep uslually happens aroung 2-5 am. I stretch so much I hurt my back and my knee almost snapped. I can not contol this from happening. WHen I get the urge I will try and hold off the stretch but the tension buils up so much that this lack of sleep and pain is aweful.

ANy ideas why, what May I be lacking...thanks please help if you know anything about this.
