Thank you for your message. The only herb which I make myself is placing a drop or two of oregano oil inside a veggie capsule (when I have chest infections or for general maintenance).

As for the LBB and other herbs I make use of, I have been purchasing them from artofdetox.com

Glad to hear that you're also using this formula. What else have you been doing which you feel works for you? I'm guessing that you also have cystic fibrosis. I've only recent joined this forum and feel it's great to able to draw on so many peoples experiences.
