any reason why you are not *water only* fasting?

You are effectively unbalancing your body with a lack of nutrition while 'feeding' it with the acv and the supplements, that can't be digested, but create a burden.


Try some EFT for the anxiety.(it is easy to learn, and really helps to dissolve anxiety, etc. ) The other thing that helps with anxiety is really understanding what a water only fast is all about. So, maybe try water only. It is a whole other experience.
