Hi to all,

I know a lot has been already said about activated charcoal on this forum, and despite having read all the possible topics regarding activated charcoal, I'm still wondering whether or not it interferes with beneficial bacteria. I've used charcoal for monthes with great success, but wondered if it could be harmful when not used as part of a healing program (let's say if you're on a SAD diet, could it adsorb good bacterias along with the bad, making you more prone to candida overgrowth kind of like an Antibiotic does).

The same goes for Bentonite clay.
