I have had very good therapeutic effect of Molybdenum. Thorne has an ammonia free variant which provides 1 mg chelated Mo.
Appreciate your "compendium" on it ..

Many in the autism and lyme community use it extensively (not exceeding 1 mg..) along with methylation supports. I believe Amy Yasko uses it for certain methylation SNP's (Suox).

It has a calming effect on me personally.

Very undervalued along with other trace mins like Boron and Lithium.
