Hi Chris, This might be why people can feel better and better, after ten days, and why a lot of people say you need to fast a minimum of ten days.

I felt really good by about day fourteen, on that first longer one. But then, I did not start my Water Fast very sick, and had been eating pretty well. Not even coffee.

Many people are constipated for years, when they come to water fasting, and I can see these people wanting to, feeling that the enemas allow them to just carry on. (with the wfast)
