Chris has done a long term fast. he cured himself of Leukemia.

The enema question remains a choice. Some do, some don't.
In my 29 day Water Fast i did nothing but water, no enemas.

And I had bms three times in the course of the fast. Maybe I was less constipated than some others? The fast had a spitting crisis. But at no time did I feel like having an enema.(I've never had one, to this day, on or off a fast. Not because of some crusade for or against or any concept about them as being bad per se--I just don't resonate with enemas.

With Gerson's work, I totally see the value of them. And were I really really sick, I'd try the coffee enema along with the rest.
