I started them both on the same day. Had horrible die off symptoms yesterday after drinking the tea, so I'm sure it's working well to get rid of Candida. Still not eliminating regularly but not feeling as bloated anymore. I know I need to change my diet. Otherwise, I'm in a Catch 22 because yeast is still in my colon.
