I do not know about the F-165, but I do know that the better ParaZapper models can knock out the intestinal flora/fauna when used with footpads and paddles together.

It is always a good idea to replace your flora as naturally as is possible. Good yogurt ( at least 5 strains of bacteria ), Kefir, Kimchi, etc.
