"Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS, also postural tachycardia syndrome) is a condition of dysautonomia,[1] to be more specific orthostatic intolerance, in which a change from the supine position to an upright position causes an abnormally large increase in heart rate, called tachycardia."

Yeah, I get dizzy standing up. I've been referring to this as orthostatic hypotension. I chalked this up to low blood volume (hypovolemia) caused by low aldosterone caused by adrenal underproduction / cortisol shunt. Probably other effects of the whole "Adrenal Fatigue", like bad B12 absorption resulting in anemia and difficulty producing or using norepinephrine to maintain blood pressure.

I would say it's caused by AF, but then it becomes a stress on your system / exacerbates AF. Get up slowly.
