The baking soda: My enema bag is the two liter combo bag from most drugstores first off. I use three heaping tablespoons full of baking soda and 2 level tablespoons full of Epsom Salt every one of the 3-4 a day! I also started standing on my head last week thanks to our own Dave "dba" or something! He posted a YOGI video of a guy retaining fermented urine,.....think I'll stick with the headstands only for now! :-)

I also take 1 tsp. of baking soda orally every morning to return my interstitial fluids to base. The nights get quite acidic.

The die-off is back with me also,....so sleep has gone back out the window! :-(

But,...it is PROGRESS! :-)
