Your grasp of what your body is doing, and/or capable of,...is so highly developed that you will do JUST FINE! One needs to 'redline' sometimes when killing these F'ers,....and many are not willing/able to ride that fine line. As you are alluding to,.....your body's ability to 'muscle through' is also on the rise! The immune system is less acidic, rendering you some energy at least throughout the day. If one smells so bad they want to get away from themselves,....it is die-off as you said. The dead parts are soon to follow! Seen or unseen!
