Currently, I'm juicing 2 glasses a day-carrot, ginger, kale, cilantro , cuc, celery, green apples. I ordered a new 3 quart enema bucket with the non-toxic tubing and enema coffee, which I think works better than the type I'd always used. I have done a few ACV enemas in the past few weeks and though I find them fairly harsh, they are the reason a) how I got the evidence, and b)definitely wiped a whole universe out of my system. Was using Bentonite and psyllium to absorb some of the toxins, and think I just saw the last of that tonight. Definitely just sticking to the coffee enemas until I'm through with finals next week. Also chlorella blend with kelp wheat & barley grass, spirulina 3 times a day. Lots of water.

Tues was the last ACV enema...Wed felt sooo sick, thyroid maybe, tonsils inflammed, but so incredibly sore all over, still feeling that way. I think I pissed em' off with that last one. Sooo, I figured I should lay off the Wormwood , blackwalnut, etc and let them get comfortable again before I go in for the kill?

Also, oil pulled with coconut oil wed and seemed to immediately help with whatever was going on in my throat(temporarily), but don't think a daily dose of CO could hurt...walked out of class last night in the middle of nuclear chemistry because I felt like I might vomit, and again tonight out of nowhere....I was hungry, but the few tiny bites of food I tried to eat I felt sicker, so I made myself get a Coffee-Enema in. Felt soooo much better, and saw what appeared to be a good 4 other organisms, eggs whatever that are new to me.

I'm open to suggestions if you have any. Also, I plan to get Iodine tomorrow, fluoride SLS free toothpaste, and will be clearing my house of all things toxic as best I can.

Oh also, Epsom Salt bath everyday to where I really sweat.
