I'm working on it's confusing sometimes cause my system seems to be a bit out whack. Sometimes it feels ok other days it feels like a lot of detoxing. I'm trying to help it by having lemon water regularly, pumpkin seeds, cutting out gluten and Sugar mostly. Trying to eat more vegetables than anything and spices. Also ordered Bentonite clay to help clean colon along with psyllyum. Hoping that can help too.
