I'm on Day 14 and I don't care what these Fuhrman and Shelton folks say:

A distilled water enema makes you feel soooooooooo much better. 2 days ago I was so exausted I thought I couldn't go on. I then read some other stuff from people more open minded than the fasting clinic hygienist uniion people say. Immediatly after the enema my energy jumped through the roof even maybe uncomfortably so, but my mouth lost a lot of its Ketone taste and relief. Today I did another one and same thing. Also, the stuff coming out was NASTY. My liver must be praising any diety out there for sending in the fire department.
