Start using Borax in the laundry . This simple step will make a big difference. Put some borax in your shampoo also. I push the borax a lot because it's a good start and not at all costly.

Try to keep your diet and your house cleaned up and avoid sugary stuff. Read through backposts here and the lyme forum for plenty of useful info.
