I had a total cholesterol of 85 and I felt like complete death, no energy, horrible skin and erratic demeanor. This was all from diet and no drugs.

I now got my cholesterol up to 195, whilst keeping my HDL in the 70s and I feel like a new man. I always thought cholesterol was evil, but it seems to me that it's a god send.
