It's lovely to hear from you, Nile! What a great report. Gives hope to us all who are struggling. Yes, running has helped me tremendously. I had to give it up during the long, cold winter we just finished here, but I'm slowly trying to rebuild my strength again. I am 4 1/2 years post; maybe my next 6 months will be better too.
