Hi Siagirl, yep it takes max 3 days to get it shipped interstate. Never tried ARL via international order, not sure if it would cost more and take longer, suspect it would. I only know of iherb that ships things dirt cheap to oz and takes max 5 days. But i've had other products shipped to oz from the USA and it takes 14 days and/0r 5 days but costs alot more and at times there is delays at Australia Post.

But send us an email when you get back and I can give you my practioners' details - think its fair to say i use him mainly to order products. I have you guys for most of the real support. Seems to work for me so far ;)
