Good point, this is where you are best to take a product which combines ALL the best of the antifungals, but in the correct amounts. My favorite antifungals are:

Garlic Extract (2% allicin or greater)
Caprylic acid (from ca/mag caprylate complex)
Undecylenic acid (from calcium undecylenate)
Grapefruit seed extract (at least a 45% flavonoid content)
Black Walnut
Pau D'Arco (4:1 ratio )
Neem extract
Betaine HCL
Berberine (Berberine Concentrate HCl 85%)
Clove
Biotin

A product containing the above is good, especially if the ratios are correct.
