Yeah I agree. I went from die off to gym with antifungals to massive amounts of probiotics. Usually a tub of kefir a dayand I just started making some Kombucha.

Die off is horrendous but it seems to be working LOL. I'm also lactose intolerant but i'm hoping that will change very soon with so many probiotics.

I'm also doing cutler for metals. I'm taking a short break but metals definitely seem to be one of my problems. Got ahold of some DMPS that should arrive today sometime.
