I am taking the supplements as mentioned in my first post. I was also taking some gamma vit E and some natto for vitamin K.
Anxiety, panic attacks, AF and congested liver all go hand in hand from what I can see. I suffered a few panic attacks when my adrenals were really low. I never had them before and feel for anyone that sufferes from them. The feeling of fear and impending doom is awful. I think this is due to some malfunction/deficiency in the fight/flight response in the adrenals. Same with anxiety attacks on a lesser degree I think.
