Thanks for the advice. 2 days after my cleanse I was still backed up so the third day after I drank some coffee and it worked like a charm. Nothing else helped. Not even Epsom Salt drink. I was doing he laxative tea most nights of the cleanse but tried not do drink too much because I didn't want to get dependent on them and I didn't like the cramping.
