h2olover, this is going to sound really malicious and weird but I couldn't be 'happier' to read that comment of yours ! Surely you get me haha, I'm not glad you've felt like you'd been hit by a bus mind you; but rather that it is normal...

I feel worse by the day, considerably, noticeably...

I do take Zinc as it is, and magnesium most probably in at least one of my NB meds...thx for the tips !!! I'll try that.

Thanks to everybody else who replied. Without you (as corny as this sounds), I'd be DEAD...yes, literally.
