Hi, I've had at least 2 years of recurrent yeast infection and I read about going to sleep with a clove of garlic touching the place (mouth, vagina...) and I did this, to the first signal of infection I used to do this. I can tell you, It was the best treatment, I tried many things, remedies prescribed from doctors and nothing worked. I've been free from infections for many years now. Hope it helps, good luck. :)
