Amy this is interesting!
Do you have any other information about supplements that lower sodium? It just happen I react very strange to magnesium no matter the form like I'm totally bedridden and blank mind. Did not find any reasonable explanation maybe this one is.

The same with milk thistle but the opposite for zinc I get jittery from zinc.
Please share if you know more
