I've had tinnitus for a while, along with a few other ENT symptoms (dizziness etc) and i've heard a common place for it to go is in the sinuses and the ears.

I got a neti pot and put some Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and probiotics (different times of course) and put it into a neti pot and got it way back into my sinuses & ears. They're burning pretty bad now, but my sinuses are clearing up slowly day by day (I do this 4-6x/day). I'm fairly sure the burning is from the yeast dieing, but i'm not positive.

Any input here from anyone who's done this or knows more than me? LOL
