When body goes into cleanse mode for example maybe more frequent going to the bathroom mixed with feelings of cleansing in the body do you think something like a Water Fast could help? Would vegetables be recommended?


Seems to happen sometimes where body goes into a sort of cleansing mode which can be helped with lemon water or florastor and was wondering what people thought.
