Update: 10 hours no food. Feeling no worse or better really. Been thirsty and have sipping on distilled water. Have had about a quarter of a gallon. Blood pressure has greatly improved. Just took it at 116/79 with a 62bpm and no irregular heartbeat. That's a great sign. That's what it usually is.

Still look ghastly but I'm not as bloated and a feel the digestive process opening up a little more.

Will keep you guys updated. Time to try and sleep. Have had bad insomnia.
