Dear MH, I was wondering what you thought about muscle loss while fasting?? this is always seems to be a great concern for those who dont know anything about fasting.....immediately they think your on a diet...and you will lose all your muscle?? What is your take on it...i know you lose some ....but i think if you stay on the fast long enough time it doesnt matter ....tell me your thoughts on this ...I am on day 5 now YIPPEE!!
