Thanks for all your information and so so glad to hear you are doing better. I have been talking to my chiropractor who also does naturopathic stuff so I may do the detox through metagentics. They have a hormone one which I think would help start me on the right track and well as Paleo diet.

It is just so frustration because of the weight gain, etc. I can't even get back to my workouts because of my hip and joint pain right now. So, I think I need to focus on diet and detox first.
