Why would you possibly want to raise your histamine level?...

The way I understant it is that low cortisol=high histamine not the other way.
It might explain that your anxiety and panic due to high cortisol then?.. It's way too confusing if you think about it this way....

I know virtually nothing about copper toxicity except that it's very common in cases of AF.

Maybe it's best for you to focus on improving your adrenals first and then everything else will get back to normal?... Just a suggestion...
