You know what, sometimes it takes what it takes. I am having such severe allergic reactions that I am about to start prescription anti-histamines. I don't plan on taking them for the rest of my life but for now I need them while I heal.I can't even eat anything without my throat swelling up. I can't heal if my body is in a constant state of allergic alarm. Sometimes a more integrated approach is definitely needed. Do what you gotta do, just stay away from those benzos :)
