If you are in near addisons state then HC is one of the only options left. Good luck.

I actually tried to go down that route years ago but my body rejected the hormones even at a low dose. It took a long time to figure out that anything that suppressed adrenal function sent me into a tailspin, inluding many adaptogens at certain doses.

I think at some point though you will have to get at the underlying issue, whatever that may be. If it is damaged adrenal glands then HC would work out well.
