Thank you for the story Amber, sorry to hear about your husband. Hopefully he's recovering now?

Honestly ive had to stop working out entirely, at least until i figure out whats going on here. I can still physically manage a work out, but after each one i just kept feeling worse and worse. I think i just went too hard for too many years without considering what kind of toll that has on my body. Luckily i caught it before things got worse, whats happening to me now is more inconvenient than life threatening, but im desperately trying to regain some level of normal i had before this crash of mine.
