You have a very solid point. Natural medicine is great in experienced hands but can turn into a frustrating ordeal if you deal with inexperienced doctors and lack of quality control when it comes to supplements.
They also like to focus on one specific aspect of health ignoring all others , so it makes matters worse. Dr.Lam is great but I have to add my modifications like the use of nootropics for Depression to his protocol as well. I know it's not helping my adrenals but I do what I have to do sometimes.
