protocal
1 prevex (thin layer whenever needed)
2 fucidin (thin layer a few times a day under prevex and prevex hc)
3 prevex hc (thin layer morn and night)
4 lots of vaseline layered over fucidin and prevex hc at night

try to gently rinse the white gunk off your lips in the morning but dont rub anything off, be very sterile and rinse lips during the day with contact lense cleanser or saline solution after meals then rinse with water... use qtips and water to remove any stuck on food particles

remember, the goal is not to leave big amounts of buildup on your lips, that will probably make them worse... the goal is to use the products to bring inflammation down, stop any bacteria from accumulating, and so the buildup slows down and does not stay attached to the skin as much and comes off easier when you rinse.

it's like keeping a balance to try to keep your lips as sterile and unirritated as possible and they should continue to improve... again do not rub, pick or peel.

eventually ween off all the products as you get better,

first fucidin
then prevex hc
the prevex
and finally the vaseline
