Eat healthy.
My husband got it pretty bad a number of years ago.
I got SPK - from Kroeger Herbs in CO, google it. Hannah was alive then and told him to triple the dose for four weeks, then double dose for two months, and a year on the normal dose. If you feel symptoms increase as you decrease, increase the dose again. I works.
We also combined that using a zapper; it helped bring down symptoms more rapid. Using it once a day for a week. then decreasing slowly over several weeks.

Hope this helps, others we have told this to have found good relieve too.
