all I can say man is that when I was near addisons level they gave me 20mg hydrocortisone and after 3 months I was feeling much, much better. The only reason I stopped was because I took ativan for 2 weeks and went into horrendous benzo withdrawal to which hormones are cross tolerant so I had to get off them. Couldn't even imagine how well I'd be doing now if that hadn't happened. Good luck bro
