I'm interested what people use to monitor themselves and for other purposes.

My kit is minimal- some cheap scales to weigh myself, a water distiller (which I also use when not fasting, naturally), and I just bought some keto sticks to see if I find them useful or not.

Now I think of it, I have also used a small tub with a lid in the past for spitting eliminations from the lungs or stomach. I no longer need this.

I'd be interested to use a blood pressure monitor, but I don't think it's necessary unless I fast to completion. This is something I'd like to do at some point, but it's not practical right now.
