Zinc 30mg now(since the acne) and little copper(don't know exact how much in my multi minerals). Itching not much improved:(.
I also take vit D and now I've got some supplements to help detox my liver.
My eyebrows are very itchy with dandruff. I also get borax in water but not everyday. Magnesium 200mg. And recently started chlorella as well.
Rug quite a lot I know. I don't know what else to do.
