Hi, I have a question about the PB shakes and can't seem to get anyone to respond. I just ended a 5 day master cleanse and instead of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) I did a PB shake 3/5 days. Im extremely backed up because of them and have started eating normal foods again, my BMs are the shape of a skinny tube and you can tell it is not from the shakes which leads me to believe the shakes have caused an obstruction. Ive tried drinking a ton of hot water and went for a jog yesterday. Still no luck. Can anyone give me any advice how to get this out? I would really appreciate it...
